Moving Forward

Hey everyone! Apologies for the lack of update in June. I had the opportunity to visit the states for a few weeks. It was an amazing time that I got to spend with family and friends! Not only did I get to spend time with my immediate family but also with family that I haven't been able to see in a long time! 

However when I got back from the states, I was right back in the thick of it. I arrived on a sunday and that very next sunday we were able to serve coffee for the very first time! Everything went smoothly, but of course there was chaos. After I stopped serving coffee for the day I was reminded of how much I loved and missed being a barista. After talking to a friend I was reminded of how perfectly God had set up my life to place me where I am now. He gave me the experience and put me in the places that I needed to be in and needed to have to do exactly what I’m doing today. I truly am exactly where I need to be in this moment, and I couldn't be here with out the people who support me and pray for me every month. I am so incredibly grateful to each and every single one of you. Thank you. 

Along with the opening of the coffee shop we also added in the new light fixtures and redid the stairs. All of which are just small steps towards being open every day. There’s still a long way to go, but for now I’m so excited to be able to serve coffee on Sundays before and after service. If ever you’re in the area please feel free to stop by! We would love to have you. Service starts at ten o'clock.
